Arkansas is not that good a job IMO. The fans have unreasonable expectations given that so many other SEC schools have recruiting and budgetary advantages. Arkansas has very little in-state talent as opposed to LSU, UF, UGA, Bama and even UT. The Hog fans think they should be challenging for the title every single year.

Compare that to the situation he has at Wake. Being from a small, private university with little football tradition, the fans are ecstatic just to have a winning program and go to any bowl every year. If he went 7-5 every year at Arkansas they would probably run him out of town.

We're starting to see more and more good college coaches stay at lesser-profile, lower-paying jobs instead of jumping at the first opportunity to make more money. Quality of life is more important to some people than money and prestige.
